There will be a costume contest, carnival games, face painting and a haunted maze. This is a combination Halloween and Day of the Dead celebration.

Saturday, October 26th: Halloween Hullabaloo
2414 Lake View Avenue, Los Angeles (Silver Lake) 10:00am-1:30pm
There will be coffee, food, games a bouncy slide and crafts. It’s supposed to fun without being scary which sounds just right for little ones.

Saturday, October 26th: Reptiles of Halloween
1750 N. Altadena Dr., Pasadena 10:00am-4:00pm
There will be crafts, games, prices and of course reptiles. Children in costumes are welcome.

Sunday, October 27th: Pumpkin run and Halloween fest
Downtown Alhambra, Alhambra 7:00am-2:00pm
This event has a pumpkin run that includes a 1k, 5k, and 10k as well as a family fest. There will be trick or treating, carnival games, entertainment and a farmers market.

Sunday, October 27th: Eagle Rock Bark and Meow
Eagle Rock City Hall, 2035 Colorado Blvd., Eagle Rock 1:00pm-4:00pm
This event will be Halloween themed and will have a trick or treat village, games and a contest. Also there will be a costume parade for children and for doggies not to mention face painting and a pumpkin patch. This is a volunteer run effort that is also a cat and dog adoption event so expect cuteness overload.

Join the fun with a costume party, story time and activities.

Library Connection@Adams square, Glendale 5:30pm-6:30pm
Join the fun with a costume party, story time and activities.

Tuesday, October 29th: Bob Baker Marionettes Halloween Spooktacular
One Colorado Courtyard, Pasadena 4:30pm-5:30pm
This is a free showing of Bob Baker Marionettes show featuring some spooky guest such as Witches, Dracula and a Purple people Eater.

Wednesday, October 30th: Kids Literary Halloween Party and Costume parade
Eagle Rock Branch Library, Eagle Rock 6:30pm-7:30pm
There will be snacks, prizes and spooky tales. If your child is in K-6th grade they can enter the scary story contest currently going on. The winning entries will be announced at this party.

Thursday, October 31st: Halloween Kids Club
Eagle Rock Plaza, Eagle Rock 10:30am-11:30 am
Costumes are encouraged. Go to the second level and enjoy a special Halloween marionette show.

Thursday, October 31st: Halloween Spooktacular
Montrose Village, Montrose 5:00pm-7:00pm
On the 2200, 2300 and 2400 blocks of Honolulu avenue the businesses will have treats ready for trick or treaters.

Thursday, October 31st: Old Pasadena Halloween Celebration
One Colorado 41 Hugus Alley, Pasadena 5:00pm-8:00pm
There will be store-to-store trick or treating as well as a photographer on hand to take your family photo at the Halloween themed Courtyard.

Thursday, October 31st: Halloween at Kidspace museum
Kidspace Museum, Pasadena 10:00am-5:00pm
Head to Kidspace museum in costume and join in the fun of dancing the monster mash and participating in a costume parade. Different events are happening throughout the day so it might be worth calling ahead if you want to make sure to catch something specific.

Thursday, October 31st: Halloween Spooktacular
Silverlake recreation center, Silver Lake 4:00pm-8:00pm
There will be candy, art and crafts and a costume contest that happens between 5:00pm and 5:30pm.
